iPhone 4 stolen in a bar…Remember that?

Yes you do come on.
This was when a guy says he found an iPhone 4 in a bar a year ago and Gizmodo instead of handing straight back to Apple or the Police did a 'tear down'. Well the DA for San Mateo has decided to push through charges for the two guys who handled it up to Jason Chen and Gizmodo but not Gizmodo itself
Shame on you!
a. For taking so long to reach a decision. Its easily the most obvious 'Theft by Finding' Case I've ever seen
b. For endorsing the actions of Jason Chen and Gizmodo in handling stolen goods and reinforcing by your inaction the conduct of a Journalism Industry that is desperate need the world over of some Moral Fibre.
