I have to say that up until now the on-demand offerings from Channel 4 haven't been great but it seems as though they may have had the same opinion with the release of 'All 4' which brings all of their content under one umbrella.

The app is available across multiple platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, YouView, Xbox, Playstation and the web. So for this little review I'll be checking it out on my iPhone 6.

The app is lovely, clean and easy to use. It's a breeze at trying to find the content you're looking for. There are three sections. First is on-demand which gives you access to all of their back catalogue and boxsets although like the original app you have to sit through minutes of ads at the start of the show and during. Then there is the Now section. This now gives you instant streaming access to all of their channels. This launches instantly but obviously you get to view the ads as you would on normal TV. Finally there is the On Soon section which tells you what is coming up to watch and provides trailers for each of the programmes that are on their way.

You also get ads at the bottom of the app and I'm sure that they will find other ways to get products in front of your eyes the more you use it, but then hey, it is free so I guess it's to be expected.

Well worth a look if you want Channel 4 content on the move.
